Shri Tatyasaheb Musale Vidyalaya and Junior College

Ichalkaranji (Dist. Kolhapur)

Ichalkaranji is a city in Maharashtra famous for its textile industry and regarded as the “Textile Hub” of Maharashtra. The city is home to many weavers and their families who are not strong financially, due to which the children in these families do not have access to good quality education. To tackle this problem, KMCT supported an existing school (named Gayatri Vidyalaya) by providing the school with modern amenities, well-trained staff, and access to new technology. The capacity of the school was also increased by constructing a new building. The school was inaugurated on 14th May 2005 and teaches students from KG to 12th standard in Marathi, Semi English, and English languages. The Junior College students are taught science by dedicated faculty.

Shri Tatyasaheb Musale Kannada Medium and Convent School

Belagavi (Karnataka)

Belagavi is a well-known town located on the border of Maharashtra and Karnataka. The town is one of the oldest in India and has a rich cultural heritage. Unfortunately, the cost of education in this town is quite high which has deprived poor children of getting access to quality education. Recognizing this problem, KMCT started a Kannada medium school in 2002 with modern facilities that provided students from KG to SSC access to quality education. The subjects taught in this school are Kannada, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science. The school also gives priority to poor students during admissions.

Shri Tatyasaheb Musale Technical School

Kharepatan (Dist. Sindhudurg)

The Konkan region of Maharashtra was deprived of any avenue of technical education for many years as most of the youth present in this region preferred to migrate to the nearby cities of Mumbai and Pune for better education. Those who wished to pursue technical education did not have any opportunities in their villages. KMCT recognized this pressing need of the entire Sindhudurg District and started the ITI (Industrial Training Institute) which is a technical school operating out of one of the high schools in Kharepatan (Dist. Sindhudurg) in 2007. Currently, ITI provides 2 years of training in Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Budget & Auditing.
